Once a refund request is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to be processed and returned to your original method of payment via Razorpay.
3. Custom Services
Please note that this 30-day refund policy applies strictly to standalone digital products. Refunds for custom "done-for-you" services, strategy sessions, and bespoke product creation are handled individually per the terms outlined in your specific service agreement or contract.
4. Abuse Monitoring
To protect our business and intellectual property, we actively monitor refund requests for abuse. Customers who repeatedly purchase and refund products may be blocked from future purchases at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we detect fraudulent activity or policy abuse.
