All payments for our services are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. PublishMint does not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for custom digital products, the intellectual property rights of the final deliverables are transferred to you, the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. PublishMint retains the right to use non-confidential elements in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

PublishMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
